This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
outlines the operational standards,
shipping obligations,
packaging requirements,
and logistics responsibilities
for all sellers and manufacturing partners
using the OSTAAGAR platform.
1. Order Acknowledgment & Confirmation
-
Partners receive instant notifications
when a new order
enters "Pending" status.
-
Sellers are responsible
for reviewing order details,
verifying inventory availability,
and confirming the order
within the required timeframe.
-
Once verified,
the seller must click
"Confirm Order"
to move the order
into the "Ready to Ship" stage.
2. Mandatory 48-Hour SLA
-
All orders must be processed
and marked as
"Ready to Ship"
within 48 hours
from the time
the order is placed.
-
Failure to consistently comply
with this Service Level Agreement (SLA)
may result in:
-
Delayed shipment penalties.
-
Reduced marketplace visibility.
-
Seller tier downgrade.
-
Automatic order cancellation
to protect buyer experience.
3. Documentation (Manifests & Invoices)
-
After order confirmation,
the OSTAAGAR system automatically generates:
-
Shipping Manifest
-
Tax Invoice
-
Shipping Label
-
Sellers must download
and print these documents
before dispatch.
-
The Tax Invoice
must be placed
inside the shipment package.
-
The Shipping Label or Manifest
must be securely attached
to the outside of the package
for logistics identification.
4. Packaging Standards
-
Since OSTAAGAR operates
as a wholesale marketplace,
all pieces belonging to a bundle
must be packed together.
-
Sellers must use:
-
Waterproof packaging.
-
Tamper-evident sealing.
-
Durable outer protection
suitable for long-distance cargo transit.
-
OSTAAGAR shall not be liable
for damages caused
by inadequate,
weak,
or improper seller packaging.
5. Courier Handover Process
-
Once an order is marked
"Ready to Ship,"
a pickup request
is automatically forwarded
to the assigned logistics partner.
-
A pickup executive
will arrive
at the seller's registered business address.
-
Important Requirement:
Sellers must ensure
that the pickup agent signs
the physical Shipping Manifest
during handover.
-
The signed manifest
serves as the seller's
legal proof of shipment handover
in cases involving:
-
Lost shipments.
-
Delivery disputes.
-
Logistics investigations.
6. Inventory Synchronization
-
The OSTAAGAR inventory system
automatically deducts bundle stock
once an order
is marked as
"Ready to Ship."
-
If an order is cancelled
before shipment,
inventory quantities
are automatically restored.
-
After shipment confirmation,
stock is considered permanently committed
to the associated order.
7. Shipping Liability
-
Sellers are solely responsible
for ensuring that
the correct products,
sizes,
bundle ratios,
colors,
and quantities
are shipped.
-
In cases involving:
-
Wrong Item Shipped
-
Incorrect Size Dispatch
-
Bundle Ratio Mismatch
-
Missing Units
-
The seller may bear:
-
Return shipping charges.
-
Refund liabilities.
-
Marketplace penalties.
8. Policy Enforcement
OSTAAGAR reserves the right
to investigate shipment disputes,
apply operational penalties,
restrict seller privileges,
suspend listings,
or terminate seller accounts
for repeated shipping violations,
fraudulent activities,
or non-compliance
with platform fulfillment standards.
