At OSTAAGAR, we understand that business requirements may change.
Because our platform operates on factory-direct procurement,
wholesale inventory management, and cargo logistics,
cancellation eligibility depends on the current logistics
and fulfillment status of your order.
1. The Cancellation Window
Order cancellation availability depends entirely on the
logistics milestone reached by your consignment.

Status: Pending / Processing
Buyers may cancel the order directly from the app and
receive a full refund. During this stage the factory
has not yet completed dedicated packaging,
manifest generation, or final quality verification.

Status: Quality Check
Cancellation requests may still be accepted,
however approval is subject to factory processing status.
If packaging, customization, labeling,
or bundle preparation has already begun,
a reasonable restocking fee may apply.

Status: Cargo Dispatched / Shipped
Once the consignment has been handed over
to a logistics partner,
cancellation is no longer possible.
Factory payouts and shipping commitments
have already been initiated.
2. How to Cancel an Order
If your order is eligible for cancellation,
follow these steps:
- Open the OSTAAGAR App.
- Navigate to Profile → My Orders.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Tap the "Cancel Order" button if available.
- Choose the cancellation reason.
- Confirm the cancellation request.
After successful cancellation,
you will receive confirmation within the app
and a cancellation reference record.
3. Factory-Initiated Cancellations
OSTAAGAR reserves the right to cancel
an order or part of an order under specific circumstances:

Inventory Shortage:
Inventory becomes unavailable
after final quality verification.

Quality Failure:
Factory inspection identifies products
that fail quality standards.

Logistics Restrictions:
Cargo services become temporarily unavailable
for the destination location.

Pricing Error:
A technical issue results in an incorrect
wholesale selling price.
In such situations,
buyers receive a full refund including:
- Inventory Subtotal
- GST Amount
- Logistics Fee
4. Refunds Upon Cancellation

Prepaid Orders:
Refunds for UPI, Cards, Net Banking,
and other online payment methods
are generally initiated within 24 hours
after cancellation approval.

Cash on Delivery Orders:
Since payment has not yet been collected,
the order is simply marked as cancelled
and no refund process is required.

GST Compliance:
A cancellation credit note may be issued
where applicable to maintain
proper tax documentation.
5. Refusal at Doorstep (COD Orders)
Refusing a Cash on Delivery shipment
at the time of delivery
is not considered a valid cancellation.

Wholesale cargo transportation
involves significant logistics costs.

Unjustified refusal of confirmed shipments
may result in account warnings.

Repeated refusals may lead to restrictions
or permanent removal of COD privileges.
6. Order Modifications
Partial cancellations are not supported
after a shipping manifest has been generated.
To change products,
quantities,
bundle combinations,
or delivery details,
buyers must cancel the eligible order
and place a new order with the correct information.
