• Used or refurbished goods sold as new
• Weapons and explosives
• Illegal drugs or narcotics
• Hazardous chemicals
• Adult or obscene materials
• Fake branded items
• Products violating intellectual property rights
• Government-restricted items
• Products prohibited under Indian law

2. Enforcement Actions

OSTAAGAR reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, recover damages, and permanently ban users involved in prohibited product activities.
