This Account Deletion Policy applies to all users of OSTAAGAR, including buyers, sellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and platform partners.
Users may request permanent account deletion directly through the App settings or by contacting support@ostaagar.com.
Accounts with active orders, pending disputes, outstanding settlements, or financial recoveries may not be deleted until all obligations are completed.
Certain transactional, taxation, and compliance-related data may be retained for a legally required period under Indian laws and GST regulations.
Approved deletion requests are generally processed within 30 business days.
